About In Touch Support Services
In Touch Support Services is a Brisbane/Logan based, family owned & operated support service, which provides services to assist those with a disability and/or disadvantage youths in the Brisbane, Logan, Gold Coast, Ipswich & Scenic Rim Communities. Our services include quality learning and life skills to assist the development of people with disabilities and to provide support for their families. In home Support and Community participation for, NDIS participants that are self or plan managed. We provide quality staff to support clients to achieve the best quality of life that they can.

About Us
Why Patrick Founded In Touch Support Services
Patrick founded this company because he has a passion for helping people, having grown up helping to look after his older brother who has an intellectual and physical disability, he has gained a better understanding of how it can impact the person and their family, as well as the people that support them. Patrick has been working in the industry for the past 15 years as a support worker, accommodation manager, community access coordinator and support coordinator.
We believe everyone – regardless of ability or disability – deserves to live in a happy and harmonious environment; to feel safe, comfortable and secure; to be in charge of their own lives and make their own choices.

Meet Our Professionals

Patrick
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
I have a passion for helping people, I grown up helping to look after my older brother who has an intellectual and physical disability, that has given me a better understanding of how it can impact the person and their family, as well as the people that support them. I have been working in the industry for the past 15 years as a support worker, accommodation manager, community access coordinator and support coordinator.

Jacintha
SIL Accommodation Manager.
Jacintha manages the day-to-day running of our SIL Accommodation services, Jacintha has several years of experience working in the customer service industry. Jacintha started as a support worker with In Touch Support Services in 2019. Jacintha has also had personal experience as both her parents are profoundly deaf and being the eldest of 6, she has naturally been responsible for all their support needs. She is extremely passionate about helping people and being an advocate for those who cannot do so for themselves.

Susan
General Manager
Susan has several years of experience working in the Workplace health and Safety industry, her role at In Touch Support Services is general manager and compliance officer . Susan also has a family member that has a disability that enables her to understand how having a disability impacts a person and their support network.

Zachary
Team Leader SIL Accommodation
Zac supports the day-to-day running of our SIL Accommodation services, Zac has been involved in the disability sector all his life growing up with siblings with disabilities. Zac have always had an interest in working in this industry because he finds it extremely rewarding seeing the clients progress and achieve their life goals.

Karen
Registered Nurse
Karen is responsible for creating and updating our participants’ care/support plans and overseeing staff training in high intensity supports and manual handling. Karen has several years of experience working in the age care sector and education and training sector. Karen is passionate about the quality of supports that our participants receive.

Brooke
Trainer and Assessor
Brooke supports our Registered Nurse in creating and updating our participants’ care/support plans and staff training in high intensity supports and manual handling. Brooke has over a decade of experience in the healthcare sector, she has a Diploma in Nursing, an Advanced Diploma in Community Management, and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Brooke is passionate about the quality of supports that our participants receive.

Hope
Day Service Manager/Accounts Admin
Hope is responsible for the day to day running of our day services and accounts admin.
Hope has several years of experience working in the admin sector. Hope has life experience in the disability sector growing up with a family member that has a disability. Hope has life experience on how disability impacts individuals and their support networks. She is passionate about helping people achieve their goals

Natasha
Team Leader SIL Accommodation
Natasha supports the day-to-day running of our SIL Accommodation services, Natasha started as a Support worker with In Touch Support Services in 2021. Natasha has close family members who have neurodevelopmental and psychosocial disabilities, with life experience on how disability impacts individuals and their support networks. She is passionate about helping people achieve their goals and live their best life.
In Touch Support Services have gone above and beyond to support me to maintain my accommodation, they negotiated with public housing on my behalf to come to an agreement to keep my accommodation. Intouch support also supported to obtain food voucher when I was struggling to make ends meet, they also matched the right support worker with me that had interest that I have.
