About Us
In Touch Support Services
At In Touch Support Services we create a support plan that is tailored specifically to you and your family’s needs. We understand that it is important to be able to live as long as possible in your own home. That’s where we can help, we will come to your home and assist you with your needs. This may mean helping you with your personal care requirements, shopping, banking/budgeting, organizing appointments and getting out and about.
We will work with clients to tailor their supports around what makes them happy and able to live confidently in their own home. Along the way, support staff will also encourage, teach, and support clients to take small steps towards independent living, which will allow them to reach their goals.

We strive to provide a safe, secure, and harmonious support setting in which people with similar disability and behavioural characteristics can live in a manner that enhances their lives and encourages them to achieve their full potential.
In Touch Support Services have gone above and beyond to support me to maintain my accommodation, they negotiated with public housing on my behalf to come to an agreement to keep my accommodation. Intouch support also supported to obtain food voucher when I was struggling to make ends meet, they also matched the right support worker with me that had interest that I have.
